If you had a JioCinema Premium subscription, don’t worry—you will be automatically shifted to JioHotstar Premium. Your current subscription will remain active for its duration, after which you’ll need to choose from new JioHotstar plans.
If you’re a Disney+ Hotstar subscriber, you’ll retain your existing plan at the same price for three months. During this period, you can continue to enjoy content without any additional charges. After three months, you will have to migrate to JioHotstar’s new subscription plans.
JioHotstar leverages AI-powered technology to personalize content suggestions based on your viewing habits. This ensures a more engaging and customized entertainment experience.
Language is no longer a barrier! JioHotstar will offer content in over 19 languages, making it accessible to a wider audience across India.

The newly launched JioHotstar app is available on both Android and iOS, as well as smart TVs. If you already have JioCinema or Disney+ Hotstar, they will soon update to the new JioHotstar version.
While existing subscribers get a grace period, new users will have to pick from fresh JioHotstar plans. Expect competitive pricing with bundled offers for JioFiber and Jio mobile users.
